Does anyone know how to go about finding out your premium bond numbers and getting replacement certificates?

I had a cheque for a win in the post today which reminded me I had about 3k worth, looked for them and can't find them anywhere. Hopefully you can get them replaced and I haven't probably put 3k in the bin as I'd probably put them inside a book/magazine or something eek

First result from google "lost premium bonds"

http://www.nsandi.com/savings-premium-bonds-unclai...

I have moved house and am worried I may have lost any information regarding my Premium Bonds during the move before I have notified you/or I haven’t notified you

Write to NS&I with your name, date of birth, address and also previous name and address and then we will carry out a search.
I have lost my Bond number and holder’s number

You will need to use our tracing service.

There are no 'certificates' anymore, they were scrapped a few years back, I destroyed mine. Premium bonds are held electronically and just a list of your bonds is sent out. So you should be able to contact them and ask for an updated list to be sent, if they are registered at you current address of course!

Thanks for that, the less paperwork the better to be honest so that suits me. Thinking about cashing them in to be honest as working out the income vs investments it's at a pretty poor 1% odd average over 12 years

As an APR equivalent you are correct. But, there is always the very, very small chance of a 'biggie'! The the APR would look better...
