Business purchase - early question on financing

Hi all

Have some early questions around financing a possible business purchase and wanted some input or guidance on experience of those in the forum before going to speak to any professional advisors/financiers.

Looking to buy an existing business (hotel), so wanted to understand possible/typical leveraging scenarios available to determine deposit/contractual specifics and whether or not it is a go-er in the outset!
