Regular personal money transfer to European account

After some advice from some financial gurus!!! Failing that I've turned to PH finance section!
My wife has got to that unenviable time in life where she needs to contribute money to her mother, who lives in Holland. Ideally she is looking at transferring 200 euros a month to her mothers account. Is there an easy and ideally cheap way to do this without incurring regular fees? Wife has account with Santander and mother in law is with ING
