Hi all,
just looking to see if anyone knows of any better deals on a 5year fixed rate mortgage with 65% (or worse) LTV than the HSBC one at 70% LTV and 4.0% fee free or 3.79% and £599 fee?

HI Jonny,

Not a bad deal by any means, but its worth speaking to someone independant to run a comparison.

What ever you do, don't buy your life and critical illness cover from them.

HSBC 1.99% looks pretty good.

They don't have a 1.99% rate.

Even if they did, it would likely to be a two year tracker/discount at sub 50% LTV, whereas the OP is looking for a 65% Five Year Fixed rate.
