Paypal Withdrawing Money Problem??

Sold a few bits and bobs on ebay recently and as per usual the buyers paid via paypal, i withdrew the money as normal one on the 27/8/12, one on the 29/8/12, one on the 30/8/12 and one finally one on the 31/8/12. Got the normal email saying that the funds will be in my account after 2 hours. 6 days later and nothing! All 4 withdrawals only add up to about £160 but that is not the point! Emailed them with no reply (as always) and called them this afternoon to be told its a problem with there new system and is effecting everyone? Has anyone else had this problem?
