Generally doing it through a UK company that isn't a solicitor would be a horrible choice, imo.
Turner Little etc are only resellers anyway... you are far better to go to an actual company out there who set up the companies themselves. You will save money, take one link out of the chain, and not create an unnecessary UK link which chips away at the anonymity...
I would recommend Fidelity, they do BVI and Seychelles and are actual formation companies, not middle men like Turner Little. Website here - http://www.offshorebvi.com/ So its way cheaper and better in every way... there isn't a single reason why you would want to use a UK based intermediary.

I do, trident trust in London, they liaise with the Bvi. They will sell you a shelf company or incorporate a new company. Will also act as registered office in Bvi as you need one. Also company books holding minutes need to be kept in Bvi unless you let the registered office know in writing where they are held and provide copy docs as and when.
I have incorporated or bought over 300 Bvi companies via trident
