First time buyer mortgage

Hi, i am looking for a mortgage to buy a place with the girlfriend and wondered if anyone had any experience recently of lenders which have good rates.

We have a 15% deposit and are looking for a 3 yr fix most likely.

Have looked at the high street but rates seem to vary wildly.

Any thought appreciated

Its not fixed but for a low deposit its not bad. Theres quite a few perks with it too. Worth a read if you and the Mrs fir the criteria
