Anyone got one? Looking at it as an option for mortgage, but skeptical about using RBS.

I don't have a One Account but I am a fan of offset mortgages in general. Other offset mortgages are available. A mate of mine switched from The One account to a First Direct offset for a better deal, but that was a couple of years ago now. I have a Woolwich (Barclays) product and have been very happy with it.

Had one for about 10 years now and have found the flexibility of having a single account with what is effectively a large secured overdraft to be perfect. It does take a lot of responsibility and discipline to use it properly tho because the numbers can appear quite large.
