I'm thinking of building a portfolio of lock-up garages locally to where I live and have a couple of questions.
I plan on targeting the people that have their garage as part of a block slightly away for their house, how would one get the legal paper work drawn up...do deeds etc need altering?
Secondly, if I were to rent these out, could they be rolled into a SIPP to protect the income?
