Online broker for Dripping in to Shares

Was using iii to invest a £160 into market each month. Commission was only £1.50 and no admin fees. Greedy bggrs are now charging £20 a quarter admin fee so will be taking my business elsewhere. I know Halifax do a similar Sharebuilder type scheme. Any other brokers do this? I also assumed that Halifax somehow underpinned iii so don't want to move to get into same situation - anyone know if this is the case?

Lotus guys recommended - have to say I don't have a trading account..... but iphone app spends too much time downloading adverts
