Last month I put £50k of my pension lump sum into Premium Bonds.
£1100 in the first draw - happy with that!

We've got a combined £95K held for about 6 years and never had anything close to that in a month. I think about £600 was our biggest ever monthly scoop.
£200 this month combined. Utter crap.
PBs have been pretty poor for me recently.
12 month rolling average is 2.34% which is not terrible in isolation, as I'm a 45% tax payer. However, annualising the last 3 and 6 months shows 0.57% and 1.2% respectively which is pretty shocking.
I've been slowly divesting from max holdings, withdrawing £5k a month to drip feed into an alternative savings option.
This month, £35k, and nothing at all.
I've decided to withdraw the balance.
