So, this radiation cloud!
Discussion
It would seem it is blowing out to the Pacific Ocean; as opposed to inland Japan.
If it gets worse / escalates and the radiation increases (as it looks to be the case) what are the possible effects on the things swimming in the Pacific Ocean (fish and stuff)?
Japan obviously relies heavily on it fishing industry for a food source and for exports. Surely both of these will be effected dramatically; or am I missing something?
I know the Japanese like wacky things, but will bright Green luminous fish be on the menu anytime soon.....!

I'd have a guess at "less of an effect than the radiation produced by Chernobyl did"Or, in simpler terms, none.

Radiation cloud? News reports seem to still be suggesting it's still radioactive steam, which has a half life so short that for all intents and purposes it's not actually radioactive now. If there are fission products released, it depends on how much. It's still safe to bet on 'bugger all' at the moment. Even with a fairly major release if it all ends up in the ocean it'll still likely have no noticeable effect.
As for getting worse as time goes on... levels are falling at the plant. It seems it was just the suppression pool that let go, not the reactor vessel.

What problems the radiation release presents, will depend entirely on what materials have actually been released. If it has mostly been short half-life gasses and steam, then in very little time the activity will have decayed away and it will present no long term problem.
If solid particles have been released, or isotopes with longer half-lives then they pose a greater problem as they can enter the food chain. At present I haven't seen any reports that that has been the case.

In fairness to the OP, the BBC are carrying news tweets on their Live coverage from the Union of Concerned Scientists who are saying that a 'radioactive plume' could reach Tokyo.
Curious as to who these people were I checked out their website, here's their position on nuclear power:

This will be the radiation cloud that is no longer at harmful levels?
