What's the deal with this?
Some people are saying that public access to forests/public land will become restricted/banned due to private ownership and then others are saying that there are strict rules on the sale of public land to private ownership. In that public access will be fully maintained and un-altered from existing.

What does this mean for the likes of rallying is my biggest concern?

Ok, if in the rules of sale as proposed by the government that public access will not be affected, would this also mean sporting events held on forest/public land would not be affected? (Or is this maybe under a different set of rules/conditions?)
Or would the private owner decide that there is a profit to be made here and introduce/hike up prices?
Or they could play the 'green' card which would no doubt get support from certain types which would then see no motorsport on private land?
