OK then, who's the winner?

By my reckoning it's Dawkins. Not least because all the major religions are currently backed into the situation of saying,

(i) Without our God the world is doomed
(ii) But your God is OK as well

Meanwhile Dawkins says, "It's us, we're here, let's get on with it". Easy win IMO.

There has been little in the way of confrontation during the visit, to be honest.

Hot news - the Pope's got a tricked-up Merc with a fancy personalised plate!

Anyone know what Dawkins is driving? And what's his plate?

A couple of years back I was at some traffic lights in the Oxford area and he pulled up beside me (sitting in the passenger seat ) of a Lexus 4x4 thingy. *Honest*!!

He didn't wave. frown

How can you kill the pope when you cannot get near him?

Does the popemobile have enough horsepower to mow down someone on a pushbike?

I suspect it will be the ML55 AMG edition, rather than the Barabbus version. (Yes, yes, I know it's Brabus.)

Who are you hoping he's going to hit? Cameron, Clegg or Boris? Double points if SCV 1 could get the triple play!

My money is on Dawkins getting the boot in the ecumenicals early on. That'll hurt...

Why is someone walking around with a blown up condom?

Perhaps to make a protest about the Catholic church's banning of contraception?

Well you can't get a choirboy pregnant so they don't need them.
