Well not so much traced for maintenance but the child will be told who the biological father is.

Since the end of anonyminity sperm and egg donations have plummeted hence the growth of such 'illegal' providers.

Rather a sign of Labour's Britain that the authorities are hunting sources of 'illegal' sperm. Yet another law that should be scrapped by the coalition.
