It does have some similarities to the Russian missile that was visible from Norway. "Officials" have said it had a military connection too.

There are a bunch of photos doing the rounds but some of them are clearly showing a long (few seconds) exposure of an aircraft (it was over an airport that was closed after all).

Doesn't look overly fast in the video unless it's very, very high. In those photo's it looks more like an airship or similar. Wierd.

Or someone who's had Photoshop for 4 hours. Those 'photos' are outrageously bad fakes.

The original video was of a classic meteor, with bits breaking off as it re-entered the atmosphere. Then it changed to this missile launch but the story remained the same. Not particularly interesting either way.

I flew in and out of Huangzhou airport last month, very nice it was too.

No sign of anything like this though.

I'll bet it's some sort of lantern thing, it's actually a very relaxed city compared to most of China, although as a westerner, you still get stared at quite a lot. Just not as bad as normal.

Taken from UFO blogger.....

The video footage is actually a "Kazakhstan UFO Video", which was videotaped over the capital city of Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan 30th June 2010.
UFO video footage was later on identified as Russian Soyuz rocket which was blasted off on 30th June 2010 carrying a new robotic cargo ship filled with tons of supplies for astronauts living on the International Space Station.
