So the election is over and we have a government. Did the way the BBC covered the election and its build up change your opinion of the BBC and the compulsory way it is funded?

I didn't think their coverage was very good, particularly of the election night itself. I didn't think it was biased either though. It's been pretty good for the last few days though, having a helicopter on constant patrol over Westminster for the best part of a week was a bit excessive though, hate to think what it cost.

don't worry if you missed the election night coverage, it'll be repeated soon.

Maybe they should produce a few more educational programmes - such as "Write Better English" smile

I watched the election night on BBC but I thought their coverage was disjointed, rambling and the studio was a shambles. The CGI graphics was over the top, patronising and often unnecessary.

Not sure what you want to hear, what's the difference between no change and reinforce? My opinion hasn't changed, I think the BBC is great; it's worth it for R4 alone, I regard everything else as a free bonus. Their newscasting is rubbish, but it's been rubbish since Greg Dyke got shafted, and it had been going downhill before that as well. Do I get prize for saying Robert Peston is a smug prick?

I don't understand the point of the poll. 'It changed my opinion' could be positive or negative, and it 'Reinforced my opinion' could be that the license is kept, or abolished.
