According to Guido Fawkes - Kerry McCarthy, the Labour incumbent for Bristol East, has apparently broadcast the first postal vote results over Twitter, something which is illegal

e: Also, it appears either a higher percentage of people have voted Labour than in the previous election, OR lots of postal votes have been fiddled wink

Some Great comments on there:

Gordon Broon former MP says:
April 29, 2010 at 4:29 pm

I apologise for misunderstanding the rules on electoral fraud. It was a simple misunderstanding. The electoral commission have accepted my apology and will now vote Labour.

Let's hope that Labour are barred from having a candidate after this.

Why are they such a dishonest lot?

no mention of this on BBC.

funny that.
I would have thought labour party mp breaks law would be big news

EDIT

just been discribed thusly "kerry Mcarthy made a bit of a blunder"
that was it. No reporting on why it was bad to do this just that about 4seconds then on to something else. You call that reporting BBC? there is a reason why this is illegal I suppose its too much to ask for you to go into why that is.

Bias? nahhhh corse not

Twats
