I had an inkling this would happen. Sad, sad people with nothing better to do.

Hey, I know, why not start a Inyerfacebook page as well? That will 'learn 'em'.

Ginger here. Didn't watch it, don't care. Same opinion of the Tesco christmas card.
I get abuse from randomers now and then, but fk it. They're only showing the world how stupid they are.

Also, that red head with the doctor... Niice.

I can't believe that people still believe the stereotypes of ginger haired people being quick tempered. Oh wait... 143 complaints about a throwaway line in Doctor Who.smilerolleyes Actually, having seen the episode I agree with the beeb interpretation - that's how I perceived it.

"The Doctor said: 'Aww, I wanted to be ginger. I’ve never been ginger.'"

How is that anti-ginger? It proves 143 people who watch Dr Who are a bit hard of hearing.

Isn't she!

I can't believe strangers (sorry, "randomers"? Someone who picks random numbers?) would hurl abuse you because of the colour of your hair. Imagine the outrage should you hurl abuse at an Indian.

The difference of course is that should you hurl abuse at an Indian, a simple phone call by the Indian to the Police and you'd end up in trouble wink

I think in their frantic panic to be offended by something, they overlooked this rather huge fact!

Imagine their confusion if they saw a ginger Indian.

That was when Tennant became the Doctor, when Smith became the Doctor his line was "And still not ginger". How 143 people can be offended by this beyond me, he also squealed "I'm a girl!" when he realised he had long hair, why didn't 143 women find that offensive?

What doesn't kill you, eh.

Also I genuinely wouldn't care if they were clever about the insults, but 90% of the time it's simply shouting the word "GINGER" out of a car window..
That's not an insult, it's a bloody observation.

Although tbh, I had a very easy time at school so I shouldn't complain much. Haters just jealous biggrin

There is a ginger Indian working at the corner shop near my parents, however he is the size of Lurch so doubt he gets many insults hehe

Also Matt's first words in the role were "Legs! I've still got legs!". Were 143 amputees offended by this remark as well?

Can we be sure that he wasn't using 'ginger' as rhyming slang?
