Distinguished service for being In charge of an operation that put seven bullets into an innocent mans head; makes you feel sick.

Her dad said it was either that, or PubCarPark Dicks, but Cressida had an touch of class, not found with other Japanese midrange saloons.
She also has a brother, Cedric GLX.

I believe its Miss Dicks hehe and looking at her photo looks like she also misses hairdressers, mirrors and any other attempt at grooming

of course it isn't. He'd just rather remain in denial; like many on here.

What exactly did she do wrong in the killing?

Was she there? Did she ID the guy? Did she give the order?

Nope, so not really her fault.

The pressure was put on Ian Blair to retire. The pressure was put on the top man, you can't go for every single person in the Met.

Unless you work for the Daily Mail.

Er, unless I've misunderstood she was in charge of the control room for that operation, and she did give the order...

Alternatively, what did she do that was so great to merit the award?

She was indeed in charge of coordinating everyone in finding out who was being the 21 July bombings. She was not the person who said "shoot."

Personally the person who should be getting the flack is the man in charge of surveillance, who said the man was a terrorist.

That's not for me to decide, it is up to those who decide out of those people who the public nominate.

Ok, so nearly right. Am I right in saying that people under her command mis-identified the poor bloke, and people under her command 'lost' him on his way to work? I also thought that she gave the ambiguous command to "stop him" and that the inquiry had not found otherwise, though maybe you know more. Feel free...

People in one of the teams did lose him. People in one of the teams said they found him too.

Though unless you know different to everything that is reported you could point it out.

Now you sound like you are being intentionally vague. Which teams, and under whose command?

And, I've already said that I thought she had given the order, as reported by the press and seemingly supported by the inquiry. You've avoided that point as far as I can see...
