Oh my goodness, a rational and sensible debate.

I like the line from Lindzen (sp).

"There's a lot of problems in this World due to the 'Quest for Virtue'" (of First World Liberals)

Watson, the DEFRA guy (from UEA no less), held his ground, made his points forcefully, but was gracious and agreed with some of the points that the others made.

A grown up debate.

More of this please.

It's bad when we're just glad they had a half sensible conversation . . . what we need is a scientific debate of the same nature.

Agree! Tucked away on BBC4 will not get a lot of attention. Mind, 'tis a start.

Just watched on iplayer - aside from the dreadful editing, it was lame and resulted in no change to the status quo.
No harm to Lindzen, but he was totally ineffective and wasted a half-decent opportunity to show why he stands, where he does on the subject.

I don't think he was ineffective, more the calm voice in the storm.

Dave is on ITV now banging on about how vital Copenhagen is. I can't vote for him.

Oh, and Brown is on the case now to sort these 200 countries out. Wow, what a supermanMinister we have.

It is a worry that CMD is still banging the same drum despite his blog getting rather clear indications of the Tory voter's views on the subject....
