There are Europhiles
There are Eurosceptics
There are anti-Europeans
But there is also a reporter at the Daily Express who have exceeded themselves here in writing the biggest load of inaccurate anti-European drivel I have ever cast eye upon

If I was a Eurosceptic or UKIP supporter, stuff like that would make me quite angry, Brass eye style rabid b
ks that can be doing the cause no good at all. Far from supporting the Eurosceptic view, it holds it up to ridicule, I would imagine even from those on its own side. I can imagine Farage spluttering with embarrassment. Help like that they can do without.

Help like that they can do without. It's OK - as I understand it, Belgium itself won't exist soon, as the Walloons and the....um, other lot...split the country up or descend into bitter ethnic violence. In the latter case, it could be particularly brutal and bloodthirsty, because the normal procedure when these sort of nasty internecine wars happen in other parts of the world is to send in the Belgians as peace-keepers to frankly bore the warring parties to death. No other nation on Earth has the capacity to be quite as crashingly boring as the Belgians, and hence no one else would even think of intervening on a Belgian civil war as peace-keepers. So Belgium is screwed, either way.

I met a fellow who worked in Strasbourg. He was as Anti-Europe as they come, and the stories he would tell of the xenophobia of all nations who were supposed to be working together were hilarious. In short, they all hate each other. And us.
However, that story was rather stupidly written, hurling poor insults is not good journalism, but then, is the express a serious paper...............
