Had this for a couple of years now.

Paid sod all interest (was around 4% originally) but I had a pre-arranged overdraft facility that was useful to buffer money transfer for dd bill payments.

Muppets have written to me today to tell me that my account will now be known as something totally different and they'll charge me £1 a day for each day in a month that I use my overdraft.

So basically they've just totally, utterly and completely changed my account without any warning or discussion.

What's the point of having a contract with these cocks if they can do what the hell they like when they want?

Anyone know a bank worth having a current account with?

The bank of mum and dad used to work quite well for me! biggrinbiggrinbiggrinbiggrinbiggrin

Other than that, they're all pretty much the same. I took a loan out with cahoot, with the option to pay back early with no penalty. Two months in they changed it to say that if I payed it off early I had to pay off all the interest and an extra fee too! Nice!
