You are a bad man, I will be sending you the bill for my blood pressure medication. But then the UK did vote this champagne pseudo socialist shape shifting pathological lying war monger in three times, so who am I to comment.

I still don't understand why Americans appear to like Blair so much.

That's the first time I've ever seen the 'Huffington Post'. Is is a 'special' news website for simpletons? It's the first time I've ever seen a 'newspaper' stoop to spelling the guests names on a chatshow phonetically for it's readers! eek

Not sure; I just googled Letterman's show for Blair and picked the first two links.

These people are going to fight us very hard, indeed. And the real reason it's been difficult in Iraq and is difficult now in Afghanistan is that they are determined by terrorism, and that's how they act - to thwart the wishes of the people there, because both sets of peoples have voted to have a democracy.
Suddenly, Brown doesn't look so bad.

Ironic then that now we have Brown we can almost see some good points in Blair and that now you have Obama, you might look nostalgically back on Clinton. . . . .

Indeed. I believe the policies and initiatives that are upsetting the people here are less Obama's and more to do with the two Congressional leaders, Pelosi and Reid. I doubt you folks hear much of anything regarding them. Editted for Spelling.

You have to look for it, but if you have a passing interest in US politics as I do, you can get the gist. It's rather like Mandelson here running the country while Brown pretends to be in charge!

The puppet masters to some degree. I am convinced that Obama is not that radical; like Clinton, he knows a moderate down the center approach will keep the voters happy. However, we now have both houses of Congress under very left wing control for the first time. These people are advocating some pretty wild stuff and making the mistake that the people are all for it in a cult sort of way. Obama may find it increasingly difficult to control them. They could be locking arms and doing a skipping, singing, and smiling suicide march off the political cliff and dragging Barak along with them.

I am eternally shamed .... you are correct.

Seems b-LIAR is planning or already playing a Non dom tax dodge. How completely out of character for this upstanding member of society, you can bet his posterior paffing buddy Mandy Mendelson will not be far behind.

I want it on record that I didn't "like" either Clinton OR Blair. Thank you.
