Protesters have superglued their hands to the trading floor at RBS.

Should be easy to kick them to death, then.

roflrofl

It should be easy to ignore them, too. Or possibly to pelt them with tomatoes. Or abuse them sexually. Or hose them down. Or...a thousand little entertainments!

IDIOTS!

Was waiting at a dealers and they had Sky News on and heard this.

I have to say that this has got to be one of the most misguided demonstrations around. RBS is currently mainly owned by the Government (and you and I), is a bank and hardly involved in deforestation or polluting the world. Though some could argue they need a kicking or two.

BUT, super glue? That's going to hurt. And its going to leave a mark or two - and even with the solvent (which is easily used), your fingerprints might not be the same again.

What ever happened to good old chains and locks? Phah, back in my day ....

Oh, and I say leave them there. Wait until the end of the day, let everyone go home and leave the suckers there. Lets see if they can hold their protest standing in piss and crap all night...

You could stream the CCTV footage. Got to be more entertaining than "Big Brother".

I'd be inclined to let them stay there making a fool and spectacle of themselves until their friends come to collect them one way or another in a few days.

Dress them up as characters from the Village People.

Tomorrow, as superheros

Thursday, as cavemen

etc. etc.

If they're stuck down they are not causing any bother, just put a cage round them & leave them there.

Way to protest.

No, really.

WAY.

Can they be used as storage (think bike rack) or furniture now?

Turn aircon right down in temperature then set the sprinklers off, anyone feeling charitable could throw a bar of soap at them

....got to say I would be inclined just to leave them there and let them try and work a way out of their stupid situation.....but of course in this namby-pamby world in which we live.....that is unfortunately not an option.....more the shame.

The superglue will melt if it gets wet.

I think you just make sure you've cleared all their mates out, (so no solvent) and then leave them there. For hours, and hours, and hours.

"Climate Camp protesters have criticised E.on's plans to build a coal-fired power station there."

Ok, so what alternative do they suggest? Nuclear? oh no, we'll all be killed because that's what happened in Chernobyl. Windmills? you won't see the sky for all the windmills needed to cope.

Why can't they be left there, then? You can imagine at 2am...

"Er, Moonhermit..."
"Yes, Willowtree?"
"I really, really, need a piss..."
"Me, too. Let's sing Kumbaya to take our mind off it."

Someone chuck a bucket of water over them. Go on!

The superglue won't melt!

I like your thinking though, put a cage around them, and leave them there. Or a tent over the top, and seal the sides to the floor so they have to breathe their own stench.
