I think you mean eco warriors on a bicycle, bit different. It's like saying that all motorists are smug because some of them drive a Prius. Stupid cars.

Edited to add - I'm glad that the article mentions what I consider to be the real climate change threat, deforestation and chopping down all the trees. Trees and plants are the earth's lungs, but the powers that be consider clearing masses of forest land to plant biofuels the 'green' alternative? Barmy.
