Parking Tax in Nottingham

Well they finally decided to plunder the public and business purse yet again. They will of course defer it for two years but it will be coming. I heard that Boots have 3000 spaces in the city so their bill will be £750,000 (they were talking about £250 per space) but the article says up to £350 so take your pick.
