Just guessing but you probably get it for the catalogue of health problems (bad back and so on) which you get from being fat, rather than being fat. All self induced of course.

On a side note does anyone know what those mobility scooters weigh? I'm guessing one of those with a decent sized sheblob on it must be pushing on for 300kg? They can move at a good 8-10mph as well. I think I'd rather get hit by a kid on a moped (at 10mph) rather than one of those.

Worked all my life from 16 to now 46 but had a heart attack about 3 months ago so I tried to claim for the 3 weeks ( told to be off 3 months but self employed ) I had off work and 3 months later with piles of paperwork filled in and lengthy phone calls made, I have been told that I have not paid enough NI to claim a measly £150.

BTW I pay thousands in NI a year.

So how come that FAT COW gets money but not me.

My uncle had huge medical problems and struggled to get disability benefit (oh, and he certainly proved the DSS wrong, he went and died due to his health issues aged 52) yet people who eat too much and exercise too little can get it?!?!?!
