Clearly the country is in a perfect state and Govt types have SO much time on their hands that they have time for this. Un-ber-feckin-leeev-ibble!

A civil servant will never be able to say anything in just 140 words. 140 words is not even an introduction to these fkers its a title.

Time they were all made to report for road building duty anyway.
