Surprise surprise, it's in the Daily Mail. This is uninformed ste even by their low, low standards.

The Daily Mail said:
The DJ, who once played at the massive Pacha club in Ibiza, is hit by dizziness, confusion and nausea whenever he’s near a wi-fi connection.
No, he isn't.

The Daily Mail said:
Steve, who is best known by his stagename Afterlife, told the Sun: ‘I feel like an exile on my own planet. It’s almost impossible to find somewhere without wi-fi nowadays.
‘If I go somewhere, I can instantly sense the wi-fi and have to leg it.’
No, you can't, Steve.

The Daily Mail said:
The condition, known as electromagnetic sensitivity, affects two per cent of the population, and this is set to grow as more people opt for wireless internet signals.
No, it doesn't. No, it isn't. Oh look! I'm having a Daily Mail hysterical science party, and Mr Evidence isn't invited!

The Daily Mail said:
There have been calls for the Government to determine whether or not wireless networks can damage your health.
Yes, from complete fking idiots.

Look, you fktastic halfwits and washed-up no-job needs-publicity DJ, there's about a bazillion things broadcasting on the same frequencies as those used by wifi networks. You'd have fking noticed by now.

Jesus TF Christ. This sort of un-science really gets on my tits.

And another thing:

Coincidently, I do know someone who can feel certain signals, although he has never mentioned wi-fi. This is also due to him having wires running through his body from a battery pack to his brain rather than any natural sensitivity.

2% OF THE POPULATION. Oh my god, I'm worried. 2% is a lot of people, nearly 2 in every hundred more or less.

It's st like this that always made me wonder why I read the Mail. But their scaremogering over swine flu tipped me over the edge last week and I won't buy it until they change editors now. Not that that probably matters to anyone, but it's about time I made a stand!

Doesnt sound like a pace maker, maybe a brain stimulation box for epilepsy/petite mal.

Not at all. It is an essential tool for spotting and hence avoiding the Eloi. biggrin

As for the Disco Chimp’s dizziness, more likely to be down to a cocktail of kitchen products purchased from some scrote.

It's to try and alleviate pain, which he feels constantly.
