'Shock Visit' from PM

Apparently, this was a shock visit. Just for those who haven't realised this, the presence of TV crews in-situ at a 'shock visit' tends to indicate that the move was planned right from the moment the call came in, and frankly the shop-owner would have been completely unsurprised as a television crew, with a space cleared around his shop, would tend to invite suspicion.
I'm a bit disgruntled that the BBC chose not to reflect on any aspect of this, choosing instead to build a nice little 'good news' story around the day's events.

The man who said (to paraphrase) "no more spin" appears to have forgotten what he said.
