he did the loud mouthed infomercial things. Not exactly a loss to society, but he never did any harm, I suppose.

Bumped his head a bit in the plane incident apparently

Was an aggrevating sort. However, read a writeup on him on a flight from Dallas in the airline's magazine. The article showed a side of him I was unaware of. He was apprently a generous fellow that helped many around him and actually believed in the products he sold.
The plane he was on blew a front tire upon landing and some luggage or other debris fell on his head. He joked that he had a hard head and was OK. His wife reports that he reported feeling ill before going to sleep....he died in his sleep. The autopsy should show if the bump on his head caused his death or not.
