A 91 year old has been underpaid by £90k over the past 40 years.

MOD have offered to settle for £200.

What a joke?!!

I expect there is a statute of limitations wherein the recipient can only claim a certain number of back years. Nice to make the rules to suit yourself, like MPs expenses.

He has been trying to claim for it for 20 years. Others have had the payents made.
