For a near-enough bankrupt Labour Party, some seriously heavy stuff.

I like the irony of the unions holding the Labour party to ransom, as they essentially spawned and paid the party to gain the political influence to legitimise their more day-to-day work of holding businesses to ransom.

I wonder what the price will be this time.

Hmm.

It's quite interesting the way they have done this. They haven't cut off donations altogether, they have stopped donations to 64 constituency Labour parties. That suggests to me they are trying to twist the arms of 64 MPs. Either they are trying to influence the vote on the part privatisation of the Royal Mail, as mentioned in the article, or they could be looking to get more MPs to put their names behind a leadership challenge...

I would be very interested to see which 64 MPs they have turned the tap off for.
