Failed. Not by the moj but by the government who cut their budgets relentlessly. Makes me furious. Politicians are blaming the probation service and magistrates claiming budgets had been underspent however you will probably find they had been Told they had to decrease their budgets and staffing etc.

Utter scum this government. Wouldnt know the truth if it beat them to death.

these people are animals and an exception should be made for them to be executed because the jails are full and keeping them in prison is going to cost the taxpayer a fortune...

Mclovin i take excpetion with that. They are not animals as animals kill to eat these two killed to kill. I do however agree that in their case there should be a death sentence pure and simple.
