I think HH will stay. For one she is an ar$e licker and will never intentionally "upset" anyone (even though she does lol )

She wants the leadership, she needs to do this from the "inside" so won't want to be seen as toppling the leader (which may be divisive in itself) but the second he goes, her hat will be in the ring.
