All magazine photos get shopped. It's part and parcel of the industry.

Her muscular development doesn't look like she's been doing that much body building. I reckon, as long as she was fairly slim to begin with (was she?) that that definition could be reached in about 1-2 months of hard training.

There are no bulging muscles. In fact, she looks nothing like a female body builder tbh.
