Where's Gordon?

He seems to have disappeared of late?

Where are the youtube videos? Where are the crazy non-policy ideas? What happened to the bi-weekly dictat?

Tough times require tough leaders.......Tony wouldn't have vanished when the going gets sticky, that's for sure.

Anyone else noticed that our Great Glorious Leader has vanished?

He always does when anything can be blamed on him.

Strange that.

Twelve bloody years, and you've not noticed? He always disappears when there is bad news about.

The worthless, one-eyed, coward.

I've noticed he tends to go into hiding when there's trouble and emerges a lot later spouting his spinmasters' script.

The real issue is that nobody calls him out on these Houdini (sp?)-esque tactics.....

I get more and more annoyed with the media every day over this and other issues.

If GB and Eyebrows get away with fking the economy as a result of everyone looking the other way at expenses and the such like, I think we can finally say with confidence that the UK deserves everything it gets when it comes to this government.

We have to bare in mind that a lot of the Labour 'clique' have very close friends, spouses and relatives in the media - perhaps there's more than a touch of not biting the hand that feeds them. (But it does seem that when they feel that their own pensions or pay may be affected with barely thought out 'new policies', they seem to turn quite readily...)

With that person spec, it must be Harperson (again) although there is a wide field of candidates.

Unless she scared them too much last time then Man of Straw might be given the role as a slap to Champagne Harriet and because he's no threat to Crash Gordon.

My droopy mouth alert system will be quiet then. I find myself shouting at the TV every time GB does his stroke-victim-jaw-drop thingy.

The silver lining is that Hague will get the chance to tear into some second rate deputy again! woohoo!

She was horrendously useless, non?

Who could possibly replace her though.....Straw has the charisma of a brown paper bag.....oh for the days when Prescott deputised! They were my all time favourites!

The sad thing is that this ridiculous pantomime is actually in charge of our country.

I asked myself the other day why no-one actually has a pop at any of these people, Jan Dildo style...

Gordon's initial response in any tricky issue is to duck below the parapet and send out some cannon fodder to take the flak. This was his normal modus operandi when Chancellor and he has displayed a similar trait as PM.

Mr Nowhere man...

Notice how he skulked around near the exit to the commons on the day Michael Martin made his initial statement. He was gone before the first question was asked...
