Apparently they are at it again!

Just on BBC news now, not too much info apart from a 4.7 magnitude 'earthquake' which could of been caused by the nuke been detonated underground!

America has done more testing of nuclear weapons than anyone else and is the only country i think that have actually used them, what concern is it of theirs if NK test their own?

???

Actually, France has done more testing of nuclear weapons iirc. America (and the UK) used computer modeling from very early on. France only stopped a few years ago.

As for NK having nuclear weapons - are you for real?

Someone might actually be able to fight back against them - the Americans wouldnt like any war where the enemy was able to fight on anything approaching a level playing field (ignore the fact that the N Koreans would be deploying weapons capable of maybe taking out one or two cities and the Yanks could take out the world...... twice).

Still, i dont want to see any more countries with these weapons but yeah it is very much double standards isnt it.

Not being funny, but i for one don't feel comfortable with NK having nukes.

In all honesty, we'd be far better off without nukes period.... No one wins in a nuclear war...

Like it or not, the USA is the only superpower, and hopefully allied with Europe, will help promote peace through strength. That is the only thing that the "rogue" state that is North Korea understands.

North Korea shares no common goals or values with the rest of the world.

The posters trying to suggest that UK, France, US etc are comparably dangerous to North Korea are either trolling or mentally deficient in some way.

Try watching this all the way through from the excellent MoviesFoundOnline site:

Any country ruled by a demonstrably insane and totalitarian dictator where the population is ruthlessly controlled is a global security nightmare. Add nuclear weapons to the mix and the possible consequences are beyond terrifying.

As Kim loses his marbles, perhaps he might decide to go down in a blaze of "glory". And who is going to argue with the supreme leader?
