I had a lovely shiny yellow BNP leaflet fall onto the doormat the other day, proclaiming the usual anti-immigration stuff, alongside a list of great British military victories of the past. What this has to do with modern politics, nobody knows.

What did amuse me, is that in their effort to be REALLY British, they used an (admittedly great) picture of a Spitfire at the top of the front page of the leaflet. A picture of a Spitfire flown by a Polishman, in one of the Polish squadrons in the Battle of Britain....!

Every apartment in my block got one.

My BNP one went straight into the bin without reading.

The labour one I had a great laugh at with the choice of photos on the way to put it into the bin.

I feel honoured I have had a full set.

Conservative, UKIP, Lib Dems, UKIP, BNP, Greens, Labour.

Just missing English Democrats.

BNP support is growing though, rather worryingly.

Around parts of Northampton the BNP leaflet was delivered tucked inside the update magazine from our local BiB

Rather oddly I have found myself drawn to the Green Party.

Hopefully I'll snap out of it before polling day.

Among the less educated people, who think the solution to all problems is a 'pure' country..

The BNP seem to forget that Britain has always been a country of immigration through out it history..

Maybe one day we will all be able to live together in peace...

We've had the BNP, and the Tory one so far, I think the green representative would have a heart attack just walking up our driveway - there's 12.5 litres parked there at the moment hehe
Actually I'd quite like them to come around canvassing...

scratchchin Ummm I wonder if we would be capable of churning out a new 'people's car' in a few years time??

...Not sure the new SS uniforms would look so sharp as the ones Hugo Boss penned all those year ago though. I wonder who would design the Uk equivalent? George at Asda - for the paramilitary man on a budget? hehe

I had a rather hysterical BNP leaflet a few days ago telling me that "80 million Turkish Muslims" are apparently going to "swamp Britain". It went on to state that bogus asylum seekers were pushing ordinary hard working people to the back of the queue (for everything, apparently), that Muslims abuse the Army (hmm, all of them? Yeah, right....), and that problems with the NHS/education/the economy.....they're ALL caused by immigration. And Muslims. Did we mention Muslims enough?

I had the pleasure of pushing it back into the hand of the wker who came round canvassing last night, and challenged him to tell me that it was not a racist party, which allowed only white people to join and wanted to repatriate even British-born non-Cuaucasians. His response (and I'm truly astonished that he said this) was to ask whether I, as an white Englishman, wanted the country to be run by Muslims and for "the white race" to disappear. Didn't I want Britain to get better?

My response - that the best way I could think of to immediately improve Britain would be to incinerate every pernicious, perverted little fkwit BNP supporter - was not, perhaps, what he was looking for.

Not had any leaflets yet.
Did have a rather old chap requesting our support for our local labour MP.
Seemed slightly peturbed by my laughter.

Yep, strange though, as it's the ONLY one I've had. I read it.....then binned it. Surprised you don't hear many stories of the delivery guys getting bashed up all over the place.
