That's going too far but a room at Travelodge or whatever is all they need. Or a permanent government owned flat. Not a second home that they can profit from. Council scum at its worst.

I think that there is a good quality camp site in the forest so I am sure he is availing of the washroom facilities etc.

Maybe he gets to work and has a shower there and gets into his suit ... pretty common I'd have thought - lot of people bike to work and a guy I know runs from Action to Teddington every day.
