Dear PH

As you can no doubt see from my profile, I live in the south of the Wirral peninsular up near Chester. When nu labour were voted into power in 1997 I was an IT contractor and my MP was Ben Chapman(no I didnt vote for him!), a year or two afterwards during a rather heated debate with Mr Chapman in the Black Horse pub in Lower Heswall Mr Chapman told me that the only reason I was objecting to the introduction of IR35 was because I was fiddling my expenses and taking advantage of the system. I have Chris the landlord’s son to thank for dragging me away before I pummelled Chapman into the ground!
Well its now 11 or so years later, I retired from working full time in IT almost 4 years ago but having had to pay for insurance and keep money back in case I fell fowl of IR35, the incident is still clear in my mind, can you imagine my delight when the Daily Telegraph printed the following http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/newstopics/mps-exp...
Ben Chapman has continued claiming for interest payments relating to his mortgage for some time after the loan was paid off.................. and the slimy tt refuses to pay it back (yes he’s refusing to pay our money back after stealing it!)

Please be assured that first thing tomorrow morning I will be visiting Mr and Mrs Chapman in their Lower Heswall home and will be demanding that they repay every fking penny they’ve stolen from you and I over the past 12 years back!

If anybody from PH who lives on or near the Wirral peninsular has half an hour or so for some fun at Chapman’s expense tomorrow morning please give me a call to join in the fun & I’ll even spring for breakfast!

Can you not take out a private prosecution against likely criminal activity by the The Right Honourable Parasite?, just imagine how cold that particular plate of pasta will taste...

Your forgetting you have a 2 tier social order in the UK now.

MP's and the little people.

The difference is that one of those decide on the rules for both.

I'm pretty sure that his house will be staked out with some journos this morning. Should be plenty of appropriate people for the OP to regale with his tale!

I've had to prune this thread, but I'll close it if certain users won't respect our N&S rules.

Thanks.
