Not the biggest story of the day, but one that makes me wonder at the mentality of people.
I can see how in the scale of threats there are certain professions where the threats are serious. I mean, complain at the GP, he could threaten to come around and inject you with something nasty (A la Shipman). Complain at a lawyer, you get sued (not unheard of I guess), complain at a mechanic you get you brake lines cut(heard of that before), complain at a medium, you get haunted by the ghost of someone not very pleasant (umm, possible, but not quite sure of that one ...)
But a waste recycling and control engineer (sorry, could not resist all you "propa" engineers), threaten not to collect your rubbish. In the scale of things to worry about probably rates a 0.000001 out of 10.
