Anyone seen this?

I watched it at 4am about the new raising of the taxes to go to 50% to help the needy by stealing of the rich, yet when you look at it and include all the other contributions, it means that anyone above 50k will be paying 61.5p in the £ in tax.

And just to add the icing on the cake, MPs are exempt cause most of their pay is from entitlements and awards and as such they dont have to pay tax on them.

I just off to pack my bag and leave this fking horrible country and its lovely ways of sting the wealthy.... And if any of you bastids comes back with its deserved as the wealthy have made a killing over the past 12 years.... Tell that to me and my mates who have only just got to this level, cant really afford to buy a house and get penalised if we decided to save, all by the government.

That is all....

Opps... was 4am when reading it.... I earned half that and only just managed a flat in London.... after 2 years serious saving.

150k = 95k take home. Would have to save a longtime to get a mortgage to cover a house in london

Not to mention that if you're taking £95k a year home, saying you can't afford to save for a deposit is not very credible.

£150k PA nowadays is not a huge amount. I was hoping the tax band would be more in the region of £250k.

Everyone has their own comfort level, I have decent money coming in each month , but am allways skint at the end of it! I get paid on Tuesday, but had to raid an ISA of couple of hundred to get me through the weekend! The more you earn the more taxes you seem to pay. Council tax, car tax etc.

Maybe stopping in instead of spunking your take home on snorting talc might be a good idea. 'lol'.
