Well Cameron got a telling off for calling Gordon Brown a "phoney"

Are they not allowed to say facts in parliament any more?

I'm glad Cameron got a slap on the wrist ... 'Phoney' just doesn't sum Gordon Brown up - Something a little more explicit is needed!

It's not all that bad - as was metioned on the BBC site, it will probably make the news this evening and will be broadcast around the country and maybe the odd dimwit will declare.. 'Gordon Brown a phoney? Really? I must look into this!'

Indeed. Speakers of the House were traditionally from the oppositon party by means of etiquette.
