That's just mad

They buy four tuk tuks to patrol in .. what's wrong with boots or Bikes ?

Clearly they were never or hardly used and were sold within two years probably after being ornaments in the station yard

Some numpty prob got promoted for coming up with an innovative new way of policing

They could have bought four actual cars for not much more !
