The fact that the game (drawn randomly) between two Islamic states is taking place during Seattle pride in Seattle, is purely a circumstance of coincidence and nothing more When in Rome and all that and it's not like the two events are related.
For the local authorities to try and use the game to highlight gay rights is perhaps OTT
The teams involved are there to play football not become a political football
