What’s that got to do with DEI? Some white middle class males will only be happy if every job going is given to them, after all they are the best candidate for the job; the best qualified; the most intelligent, but it never dawns on the fools that it is the white middle class male that decides who, what and when is qualified for a given job. Definitely not biased, no way.

Nothing to do with DEI but (on the surface) what an idiot she is.
I don't know how DEI is relevant unless her being hired and promoted so quickly was because of a DEI Program? So she must have had some prior work experience, maybe this contributed to her quick promotion?

What the hell does ‘DEI’ have to do with any of this?
Didn’t you know? DEI along with lefty liberalism is the scourge of the west, but it’s ok because Trump and his ilk are changing things for the better, soon the world will be a better place. So many people are taken in by this, it’s almost as though they’re being distracted while someone empties their wallets.

Unpopular opinion: There's a lot of this about now, so upper level management/director roles are being filled with people who don't have the necessary experience. No idea if that's the case here though. She might just be bent?

She looks white to me in the photo, so how is she a DEI hire? Or is just being an employed female considered DEI?
Yep. Anything other than white male and there's always be a suspicion of some sort of quota or program that got them there and when one of their cohort f
It's just another crap import from the States that the hard of thinking have latched onto. Expect a lot more of it.

Seems female staff in male prisons are pretty well all at it.
What about male staff in female prisons?Clearly for a man or woman prisoner trying to establish a relationship with the staff would make sense. As the guy in the article did. But then male staff might be more susceptible to an approach from a female prisoner than vice versa.
Obvious answer is to only have male staff in male prisons and female staff in female prisons.
