A canal boat that sank has been stripped of - according to reports - its engine, gearbox, toilet and all other removable items.

Presume it was stripped,scuttled and set adrift while still afloat?
Can't be the easiest thing to strip quickly and remove the stolen items.

If you are not interested, you could always ignore it. Even I would agree that it isn't earth shattering news.
