This sad article could interest some:

The Times said:
An alleged Rolex thief has claimed that a jewellery shop manager was part of a “staged” £1.4 million robbery before he took his own life, a court was told. Oliver White, 27, was restrained with cable ties before more than 70 luxury watches were stolen from the 247 Kettles shop in Richmond, southwest London, on May 25 last year. White died by suicide the next day “as a direct result” of the robbery, Woolwich crown court was told. Junior Kunu, 30, of Mitcham, south London, and Mannix Pedro, 37, of Cobham, Surrey, are each charged with conspiring with others to commit the robbery between February 28 and May 26, 2024, which they deny. Kunu was offered £5,000 to put the watches in a bag and “everyone had consented” to the staged robbery, the court was told.

So a defendant is blaming a dead guy, I'm going to go out on a limb and say he won't be providing any evidence of the store manager's involvement.

Very convenient. I do find it odd that none of the watches were insured.
